By accessing and using MoodGlobe ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MoodGlobe is a mood tracking application that allows users to:

• Record their emotional state and intensity
• View personal mood analytics and trends
• Compare their mood data with aggregated global statistics
• Access premium features through optional subscription

3. Anonymous Authentication

We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to provide the service. This means:

• No email or password is required
• Your data is stored securely but tied to an anonymous user ID
• **Important Notice:** Due to the anonymous nature of this service and the lack of account recovery, **deleting or reinstalling the App will result in the loss of your anonymous user ID, leading to the permanent and irreversible loss of your original data.**

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to your mood data. By using the App, you grant us permission to:

• Store your mood entries securely in our database
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for global statistics displayed in the app
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the service

We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. See our Subscription Terms for complete details on pricing, billing, and cancellation.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App's security
• Submit false or misleading data with malicious intent
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated systems to access the App

7. Medical Disclaimer

Important: MoodGlobe is NOT a medical or mental health service. The App is designed for self-tracking and awareness purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need professional help, please contact a qualified healthcare provider immediately.

8. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at zomeglobal@gmail.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Inaccurate mood insights or analytics
• Any decisions made based on App data

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email if we have your contact information. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
