How to Subscribe
- Open the MoodGlobe app
- Tap on any Premium subscribe button (e.g., "Profile" page "subscribe now")
- Select your preferred plan (Monthly or Lifetime)
- Confirm purchase with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password
- Premium features unlock immediately
How to Cancel Your Monthly Subscription
To cancel on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select "MoodGlobe Premium"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
Important Notes:
- Monthly subscription auto-renews unless cancelled
- Cancelling stops future charges but you keep Premium features until the end of the current billing period
- There are no partial refunds for unused time
- You can resubscribe anytime
- Lifetime Plan does not expire and does not auto-renew
Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We cannot process refunds directly.
To request a refund from Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your MoodGlobe purchase
- Select "Request a Refund"
- Choose a reason and submit
Apple will review your request according to their refund policy. Approval is at Apple's discretion.
What Happens When Subscription Ends
If you cancel or your subscription expires:
- ❌ You lose access to Premium features for Monthly Plan after billing period
- ✅ Your mood data remains saved
- ✅ Free features continue to work normally
- ✅ Lifetime Plan remains accessible permanently
- ✅ No data is deleted
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (not within the MoodGlobe app). Apple controls all subscription billing.
Family Sharing
Currently, MoodGlobe Premium subscriptions do not support Family Sharing. Each user needs their own subscription.
